
Georgian salad
The recipe for one of the types of Georgian salad that gives the feeling of summer all year round:
Ingredients:
1. Cucumbers - 300 g
2. Tomatoes - 300 g
3. Blue onion - 2 pcs. (medium size)
4. Garlic - 2 teeth.
5. Parsley - 1 bunch
6. Cilantro - 1 bunch
7. Red vinegar, wine - 2 tbsp. l.
8. Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.
9. Hot peppers, red or green - floor. pod
10. Walnuts - 100 g.
11. Svan salt from "Gamarjoba Genatsvale" - to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel the cucumbers and cut into rings. Also, cut the tomatoes of your choice, and the onion into half rings.
2. Finely chop parsley and cilantro into cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.
3. Beat the nuts, garlic, sunflower oil, pepper and vinegar in a blender.
4. Add boiled water (by eye) to the resulting mass to obtain the consistency of the sauce.
5. Pour the resulting mass into the salad, mix and add Svan salt to taste.
The salad is ready, bon appetit!
